Coffee Rubbed French Roast

French Roast, known as the underblade, is cooked slowly to a medium rare using our house-made coffee rub. Want it cooked more well done? No problem! Pop it in the oven at 275 degrees, 45 minutes per lb will get you to a medium. 

Slice and serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze (provided).

3-4lbs per roast. Feeds 8.
